Aethalia houses the OISA Caliber 29-50 Five-Jewel manual-wind mechanical movement. The movement, 100% Italian-made, features hand-finished Còtes de Genève decoration on the bridges enclosing the gear train and hand-finished Perlage decoration on the plate.
Equipped with 19 jewels, it features a "Masselottes" time adjustment system, which is carried out using counterweights placed on the balance wheel's balance cock, rather than through the traditional adjustment lever located on the balance bridge. The power reserve is guaranteed for 60 hours, with a daily chronometric tolerance of +/- 10 seconds.
